The Head of IT Cloud Partner will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company’s technology function.
This role is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, driving digital transformation, ensuring robust infrastructure and cybersecurity, and delivering exceptional support services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and business insight, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy, Leadership & Governance
- Define and execute a forward-looking IT strategy that supports Revetas’ growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and service excellence across the IT function.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user devices.
- Ensure system performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities meet business requirements.
- Manage enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, document management) and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business value.
- Monitor project KPIs, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost control.
- Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, ROI assessments, and vendor negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization through automation, consolidation, and strategic sourcing.

Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance
- Design and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets and data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2).
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response drills.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage data privacy and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the IT HelpDesk and support services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Implement IT service management (ITSM) practices to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, licensing, and disposal.
- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, including access provisioning and deactivation.

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation.
- Experience in real estate, investment management, or financial services is highly desirable.

- Expertise in IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and other modern collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), data analytics platforms, and automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
